Las Vegas becomes "the home of funny" when the fourth annual edition of The Comedy Festival is presented Nov. 20-23, 2008 with dozens of performances and special events in a variety of venues within Caesars Palace, including The Colosseum with 4100 seats, and the outdoor Roman Plaza amphitheater.
