Tejano Super Dance

The first Tejano Academy SuperDance 2008 has been scheduled for Las Vegas' Riviera Hotel and Casino July 4-5. Presented by the Academy of Tejano Artists & Musicians, the SuperDance will feature several Tejano groups, including David Lee Garza y Los Musicales, Jay Perez, Jaime de Anda y Los Chamacos, Los Desperadoz, Emilio, Jessy Serrata y New Wave Band, Roberto Pulido and Los Badd Boys del Valle.

According to the academy, the 2008 Tejano SuperDance will help create awareness for its mission: to create and mobilize a unified effort of Tejano artists & musicians and formulate a membership organization that will fill the present void of Tejano music in the entertainment industry.
